The South Queensferry Burry Man

South Queensferry just north of Edinburgh and sandwiched between the two Forth Bridges has a Burry Man festival each year....Now I know that he is not knitted but he looks very textiles....

Burry Man day is on the 2nd Friday in August, if you happen to be in Edinburgh for the festival...
